Back in Oz

Well, we had a very nice 3 1/2 weeks in the lovely northeastern parts of the US over the holidays. Actually the weather was fairly decent for that time of the year. Although when we got off the plane in Rochester, all the moisture in our body was instantly sucked out and we both went ‘Dang! It’s cold!’.
It was good to see all the relies. Even the ones who gave us colds.
Our house in Mooloolaba was OK when we got back – except for the 3 foot high grass. Oh well, gives the lawn mowing guy a challenge.
We got our rego for our POS car for the new year – over $600 for one year! Yowch!!! Most of that is the compulsory insurance you’re required to buy here, but geesh, that’s expensive.
