The packers are coming tomorrow morning (between 7:00 & 7:30!) to wrap up most of our crap. Then the movers are coming Friday to cart our crap away. And then on Saturday & Sunday we’re going to sell all the crap that was just too crappy to belong with the rest of our crap.
I got a buyer for the bike – it’s amazing what cutting your price by 3000 will do. Colette says I panicked when no one was interested at $8500. She’s probably right, but I just wanted to get it sold before we left.
Today was my last official day of employment in Australia and what a weird day. No one else was in! The office was moved about 20 minutes north of here to Peregian Beach but I stayed at the University to finish working. It was kind of strange.
